In accordance with the FTC regulation, no purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship the merchandise. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. AnVShopper.com only accepts US issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, Money Order and Cashier Check for all purchases. Money Order and Cashier Check payments may delay the process of the order, as the payment must be received before the order can be processed. We do not accept American Express, Personal Check, nor credit card issued outside the US. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Should the billing address different from the shipping, your information will be verified. We need card holderˇ¦s signed authorization to ship to a different address than the billing to prevent any unauthorized use of the credit card, and this may delay the process of the order. Should this information is not provided for any reasons, we reserve the right to ship the order to the billing address in order to protect the card holder as well as AnVShopper.com.
Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping addressed as required by law.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. Product returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. All items ( sealed or opened box ) carry a thirty days money back guarantee. Items must be returned in original shape with no scratches or damages from abuse. Shipping charges are not refundable. Over 30 days defective units can be returned to manufacturer for repair or replacement under the factory warranty.
All items return for replacement must be accompanied with an authorization number.

All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. Please note the posted shipping time frame listed on the individual product page and may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed when we experience difficulties getting authorization. There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If the delay is more than 4 business days, AnVShopper.com will send you an email message notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be less than 4 business days, AnVShopper.com will ship the product as soon as it is received.
